A haven of peace on the heights of Menton, 5 minutes from the sea and 10 minutes from the town center. This south-facing villa enjoys year-round sunshine, with sea views from every room. The patio invites you to barbecue, relax on the deckchairs and unwind in the Jacuzzi. You can also enjoy a roaring fire in winter.

The space
A large living room with an open kitchen, adjoining terrace and sea view welcomes you on arrival. Its pleasant coolness in summer allows for moments of sharing with family or friends.
On each floor, three parental suites equipped with their own bathroom, toilet and private terrace give the possibility of having independent living spaces.
At the bottom of the villa, a covered parking space for two cars is at your disposal.
Your rental includes the supply of household linen, bed made on arrival, bath towels, hand towels, bath mat, kitchen towel. Careful cleaning before your arrival (with disinfection of all contact points).
A guide to activities, restaurants and leisure activities, specially selected by your host Fançois, will be sent to you by e-mail once your stay has been confirmed. A few days before your arrival, you will also receive all practical instructions concerning the villa.
